Network Marketing Starting

Some new network marketers who feel they have to
  know everything,

before they can start building a business.
There is an old saying that if you wait for all the lights to turn green before you leave the house, you'll never get out of the driveway. It's okay not to know everything. When someone asks you a question and you don't know the answer, say: "That's a good question and I don't know the answer, but I'll sure get it for you." Then you can set up a time to get back to them with the answer. Even after my second decades in network marketing, I don't know everything, nor would I want to come off as someone who does. Sometimes when I do know the answer, I'll tell them that it's a good question and I'll get the answer. This shows them that they don't have to know everything and that there are ways to easily get the answers. That's the best impression you want to leave with your prospects.

Network Marketing

According to  industry leaders and trainers,
selecting the right company is one of the first steps to

success in starting a Network Marketing home business business.
Here’s what we recommend -
The first key is to pick the best network marketing company; one
that can be proudly represented. History proves that there are five
pillars to a successful network marketing company:

1. Management – the management team must include people who have
experience building large, successful traditional businesses and
also successful network marketing representativeships. This is the
best of both worlds – they know how to build a big business and
they think like representatives. Also, look for a visionary leader
heading up the company, a behind the scenes operations person, a
marketing genius, and a trainer/teacher. This overall combination
will produce a winner in the management pillar.

2. Product/Service - historically products out-perform services,
but there are a few top network marketing companies that offer
services, so don’t completely discount them. The keys here are that
the product or service is something people would use and become
passionate about, even if they aren’t involved in the business. The
product or service should be such that customers and
representatives need to buy it at least monthly via an automatic
purchase program. The product/service should have both present and
future demand and appeal to the masses (all ages, genders, ethnic
groups, etc). It’s a huge plus if the product or service is unique
(patented or exclusive).

3. Trends – look for powerful market trends that will drive the
company through massive exponential growth and you’ve got a real
winner. Anything the Baby Boomers (those people born between 1946
and 1964) want will be a big hit. Anything the media is talking
about (that also has future demand) is probably going to be big.
Look around you. Read books and articles that are talking about
trends and then find a network marketing company with
products/services that fit those trends. For example, a huge
present and future trend is health and wellness, so those companies
that are marketing health and wellness products are going to enjoy
growth due to this powerful trend.
4. Compensation – every network marketing company offers a
compensation plan, which is how representatives are paid. A good
plan will enable the average person, who will historically only
sponsor 2-4 people, to make enough money to cover their monthly
product purchase within their first 90 days. The plan will also
have solid middle money for those who want to replace their job
income and great back end money, providing the potential for high
six and seven figure incomes. The compensation plan should also be
easy to understand and explain.
5. Training and Support – a primary reason people fail is that they
aren’t trained and supported properly. The company should provide
training on the products/services, compensation plan, back office
system, and business building. A legitimate company offer
replicable representative web sites, weekly webinars/
teleconferences, and live meetings. A good upline team will provide
deeper training and support  (three-way calls, prospect meetings,
conference calls).

Plan for a down turn.

Don’t get caught short if you have a home business.

Plan for a rainy day. Stick some money under a mattress
because there will be times when you need to fall back on it.
House holds will have the fridge, washing machine of car break down.

That is not bad luck, that is inevitable.

With appliances it is called planned obsolescence.
In business it is called the economic cycle which goes up and down every 7-10 years.

Be aware of regional problems and opportunities. An example is the slow down in
European and American economies while Asian and emerging markets are doing well.

You will need cashflow if everything goes pear-shaped or to take advantage of opportunities.
You need to focus on things that are in your control. Make sure you have a
business plan that’s flexible enough to handle everything that you can’t plan for.

Retirement for Australians

The majority of Australians will outlive their super

A new report from financial services group Deloitte warns that more than
three quarters of Australians won't have enough superannuation to last them
throughout their retirement .

The report also finds that the increase in compulsory superannuation
contributions to 12 per cent - legislation for which was introduced into federal recently -
won't significantly benefit retirees until well after 2030.

In their report Dynamics of the Australian Superannuation System: the next years 2011-2030,
Deloitte finds Australia's superannuation industry will grow in value to more than
$6 trillion by 2030, but the average Australian just won’t have enough to comfortably live in retirement.

So what can you do?The conclusion is inescapable – you have to look after your own financial future.

Google Maps

“How To Make Money From Google Maps”

by Peter Kroesche
Statistically speaking about Google and local search;
  • Over 2 BILLION local searches are performed online monthly!
  • Google gets 72% of all online search traffic.
  • 73% of all online activity is related to local content. (Google)
  • 1/3 of mobile search is locally based. (Google)
As you can see this is too good to miss. Either list your business in
Google Maps to generate traffic, get leads and make new sales.
or
You can charge local companies to get them listed in
Google Maps using the instructions below.
Getting listed on Google Maps is quick and easy.

First: Visit the Google maps local listing link - www.google.com/local/add.
If you don’t have a Google Account, it’s free to sign up for one.
Second: Fill in the form. Google will actually help to create a listing.
For example, it’ll ask you for your country and phone number.
Using this information, Google will quickly search to make sure
you’re not already listed. If not, it will then ask for more information
like website and address.
Third:  Add photos and video. You can upload up to five videos
about your self and your business.
Later you can upgrade your listing. There are actually several
things you can do, for free, that help generate interest
in your listing. The first two we’ve already mentioned:
photos and video. Reviews are also extremely valuable.
According to Google, reviews come from three sources,
“reviews written by Google Maps users, reviews sent to us
by third party providers and reviews collected from the web.”

Upgrading your listing is something you can do over time.
Add reviews. Add new videos and alternate promotions.
Google Maps is free and it may
turn out to be a very valuable profit generator.
Also you can learn what attracts people to your business,
Google offers an abundance of information including the
keywords people use to find your business.

Don't be tempted to pay their way.

How real people become rich.

It happens a lot. People say

"I'm broke. I’m really keen to get started.
I want to be rich.
I can't afford a distributor kit. I can't afford your opportunity.
So how do I get started?"

The answer is simple:

First, learn to become a "hundred-aire."

Second, learn to become a "thousand-aire."

and then become a "million-aire."

You see, if they can't learn how to accumulate $100
after years of working, how will they ever have the
discipline to accumulate even one thousand dollars?

It's easier for most people to eat out at restaurants,
play video games, smoke cigarettes, drink beer,
buy non-necessities that are on sale, buy a new car or flat screen on credit,
than it is to save $100.

Until that pattern is broken, even the best
network marketing opportunity won't solve their problems.

So don't be tempted to pay their way.

Help Prospects make decisions.

Innocent questions that prompt prospects to make decisions – now!

You have had coffee with a prospects.
They have heard the presentation (network marketing, mlm, affiliate marketing)
and now they are afraid to make a decision. They’re thinking:

“What if we fail?”
“We don’t want to make a mistake.”
“What if we make the wrong decision?”
“Let’s think it over and delay any decision until we have to.”
“Maybe we should just take our time thinking about this.”
And they’re thinking . . . and thinking . . . and thinking.

An we are thinking, if they would only make a decision,
any decision, it would be wonderful.
I could go home. They could get on with their lives.
But no. That would be too easy. The prospects insist on torturing
themselves with indecision. They don’t realize that “not making a decision”
is really making a decision to keep things just as they are.

Keeping their lives the same is okay. It’s just that they should be
consciously making that decision.
Here are a few questions that you can ask your prospects.
They’re innocent, non-aggressive questions. These questions will
help your prospects make a conscious decision on what is best for their lives.

1. What will happen if you don’t join our business?
Of course the answer is:
“Nothing.”
But you don’t answer that question. Let the prospects mentally
answer that question for themselves. They’ll probably be thinking this:
“Life will be the same. Tomorrow will look just like today.
We’re going to wake up early, commute to work, come back late,
grab a quick meal, watch a few minutes of television and go to sleep.
Yep, we’re going to get this routine over and over again –
until we’re too old to work.”
Not a very pretty picture, is it? Now if the prospects
choose to leave everything the same, if they
choose to avoid your opportunity . . . that’s okay.
They are making a decision. And that’s all we ask.

Try some of these to see if one fits your style.
2. If you don’t start your own business now, do you see
yourself always working for someone else?
3. What do you think will happen next year if you decide not to
make any changes this year?
4. Do you think your job routine (five days a week,
two weeks of vacation every year) will ever change?
5. I see that you’re kind of stressing out about risking a
change in your daily life. Why not just relax and enjoy your life as it is?
6. You don’t have to make a decision to start your own business tonight.
Instead, you could simply make a decision to not start your own
business and keep your present job routines.
7. You know, you might be thinking, “My daily routine isn’t so bad.
Maybe I’ll keep living this way.” And that’s also a good decision.
Do you think that might be best for you?
All of these questions remind our prospects that the pain of their
problems won’t go away by postponing a decision.
So make it easy for your prospects.
Remind them to make a conscious decision about their futures.
And remember, this technique is rejection-free.
We’re not attached to the outcome.
We’re not responsible for the decisions they make in their lives.
We’re only obligated to give our prospects the choices.
The rest is up to them.

The Customer

What your customer really wants to hear.

Bill Jayne says it all in this famous quote:

"It doesn't matter what you're selling. Your direct marketing should never

be about the product. It should always be about the prospect."

How much of your current opportunity presentation is about your company,

products, and compensation plan?

How much of your current opportunity presentation is about your prospect?

Great recruiters know that their presentation should be about the prospect's

favorite subject: the prospect.

If your presentation is 100% about your company, products, and

compensation plan - think about including more questions about
the customer.
It works.

Live your Best Life

My friends,
If you value life, then do not squander time.
For that is what life is made of - Benjamin Franklin

As we enter a new Decade, I just wanted to share some
of the principalsI gathered through the years as a scholar of life.
Just promise me this, after you’ve read this email,
take your self seriouslyand just go out there and take action,
follow through with your words andyou’ll see the universe
unfolding your dreams before your eyes.
This leads me to the first principle I wish to share with you,
this is the crucial check point in your path.

You must know what it is that you truly want
We all think that we know what we want, but think about it.
We aren’t talking about that car or those pair of shoes that temporally
becomes the object of your desires and after the initial “honeymoon”
period has worn off turn into a mode of transport and those shoes
become dust collectors? The moment is fleeting.
Make sure you know what you really want and just to be sure,
ask yourself why you want it and how your life would improve.

You must believe that you deserve it.
You are the only person in this whole world that is responsible for
you reach your full potential and achieve the things you want in life.
You must deem yourself worthy, otherwise you’re going nowhere.
You know you are capable of more than sitting in front of the hypnotic box.

As Napoleon Hill once said:
“There is a sure way to avoid criticism—be nothing and do
nothing. Get a job as a street sweeper and kill out ambition. The
remedy never fails.”

Take Action
Without this principle, 100% of all successful people would have failed.
The universe revolves around a single physical principle that is called
entropy, i.e. energy needs to be added to turn chaos into order.
It sounds deep, but all that it means is that you need to take action,
give your energy in order to bring about the things you want in your life.
The tried and true way to achieving or becoming anything you want
is taking action. If you can figure out a concrete goal to achieve,
consistently take the necessary steps towards that goal and
modify your approach every time you get a setback,
you will be the success that you read about.
This is the formula.
The only thing that differentiates those who succeed and those who
fail is how long you carry on trying.

Go on, go out and achieve, make 2011 the beginning of your
best decade!

Confused mind

The confused mind always says, "No."

Make your presentation simple. If your presentation is long and complicated,
most people will say "No" because they are afraid of what they don't understand.

I have see this happen and been guilty of this myself.
A sign to look for is when their eyes glass over.
Then you know you have been talking too much
instead of asking them what are their needs and wants.

If your presentation is too simple, your interested prospect will then
eagerly ask you for more information.

The simplest of course is to invite them to watch a DVD, read a brochure
or visit a web site.

Don't forget to follow up. Ask what liked about the information package.

Build Relationships

Why You Need to Build a Relationship Before People
Will Buy From You

Here's food for thought . . .

  • 48% of salespeople never follow up with a prospect
  • 25% of salespeople make a second contact and stop
  • 12% of salespeople only make three contacts and stop
  • Only 10% of salespeople make more than three contacts
  • 2% of sales are made on the first contact
  • 3% of sales are made on the second contact
  • 5% of sales are made on the third contact
  • 10% of sales are made on the fourth contact

Enjoy the Journey

The story is told of a Navy commander who sailed his ship
out into the harbour one foggy morning. As they were
heading out to sea, his signalman came and said,
“We’re on collision course with a light.”

The commander then directed the signalman to send
the following message, “On collision course.
Move 10 degrees right.”

The signal came back, “Confirmed. We are on collision course.
You move 10 degrees right.”

The Navy commander with his rank was a little incensed.
He sent back this message, “I am a full Navy commander.
You move 10 degrees right.”

The message came back, “I am a signalman second class.
You move 10 degrees right.”

Finally the commander sent this message,
“I am in a battleship. You move 10 degrees right.”

The signal came back that said,
“ I am in a lighthouse. You move 10 degrees right.”

How many times do we allow our pride to prevent us
from seeing the big picture? How many people stubbornly
refuse to see the writing on the wall of economic shifts and implement a Plan B?

Don’t make that mistake. Keep your eyes open and your
heart humble to safely navigate through life.

Enjoy the Journey. :)

Networking recommended

Authors like Robert Kiyosaki, Brian Tracy, Donald Trump,
Infomercial giants Bill Guthy, Greg Renker, Steven K Scott,
Economist Paul Zane Plizer are a just a few of the accomplished
mega successful entrepreneurs, that publicly support being involved
with a Network Marketing opportunity.

According to the US Social Security Administration if you
followed any group of 100 people from the beginning of their
working careers over the next 4 decades
(till approximately their retirement age), here is where most will end up:
36 will be dead and 54 will be dead broke.
We’ve just covered 90% in this first stat!
5 will continue working beyond retirement age
because they need to in order to survive.
4 will be financially secure. Phew!
Only 1 out of the 100 will be wealthy. Not good!!

A Network Marketing Opportunity not only ‘levels’ the
playing field in terms of earning capacity, it allows your
unique talents to shine through and be rewarded.

Being involved with a Network Marketing opportunity
offers you the ability to be truly rewarded for your skills,
talents, leadership, drive and passion. Best of all, unlike the
traditional corporate world, you have a
team of people cheering for your success!
