Network Marketing Starting

Some new network marketers who feel they have to
  know everything,

before they can start building a business.
There is an old saying that if you wait for all the lights to turn green before you leave the house, you'll never get out of the driveway. It's okay not to know everything. When someone asks you a question and you don't know the answer, say: "That's a good question and I don't know the answer, but I'll sure get it for you." Then you can set up a time to get back to them with the answer. Even after my second decades in network marketing, I don't know everything, nor would I want to come off as someone who does. Sometimes when I do know the answer, I'll tell them that it's a good question and I'll get the answer. This shows them that they don't have to know everything and that there are ways to easily get the answers. That's the best impression you want to leave with your prospects.

Network Marketing

Work from Home

Over the years in network marketing, I've worked with and
mentored lots of people. I've seen something consistently
through these years, perhaps you have noticed it to.
Let me digress for a moment.
Some years ago some friends of mine bought a restaurant.
They had to do all the paper work to get approvals and spent tens
of thousands to buy the equipment and set it up. Then buy
supplies, and hire employees. They worked long hours to build
their business. They didn’t have a holiday for two years.
Understand they had to pay a lot for rent, then all the other bills,
like electricity, gas, food and wages before they seen a dollar
come back to themselves. The interesting part is that during those
first two years, they never once considered quitting.
Yes they had some very difficult times and headaches with staff
but quitting was not an option.

Okay, now back to what I've noticed consistently among
network marketers – many have the expectation that their business
should be profitable within a few weeks or months and
if it's not they quit and are on to something else.
Here is the lesson I learned many years ago, that made the
difference between being a network marketing failure
and a huge success - once you have found a solid business, don't quit.
Quitting should not be an option. If it takes you a year to become
successful, so what. If it's 2 or 3 or 5, so what? Think about it for a
minute. What else are you going to do over the next 5 years
that has half the potential to give you the financial return and
time freedom for the rest of your life? Quitting should
not be in your vocabulary or your thoughts!

I know that so often network marketing is portrayed
as a get rich quick scheme. It’s not, think about a newly
planted bamboo or a tree, you look at it every day and
nothing much is happening. The bamboo is laying down its
roots first before doing much above ground.

Here's the key and your part in this picture. You've got to
find the first 2 people who are ready, willing, and able to
get out there and find their 2 people. Continue to work with
them until they are confidently building their business
on their own. If they give up, then enroll another person
in that leg and start again with them - helping them find their 2.
Your job is to get the multiplication down 4 levels.
Now, this is going to take some time, so have a long-term mindset.
Robert Kiyosaki (in his insightful new book,
The Business for the 21st Century)
says that we should have at least a 5 year mindset for
our network marketing businesses. Don’t give up your job or
other source of income, so you can continually re-invest the
profits back into your business. This will result in that
slow growth at first, but later the tremendous exponential
growth bamboo has that will result in you living the
life that most people only dream about!

So, never, never, never, never quit!
Keep talking to new people and helping those who join to
multiply and in time you will have bamboo forest.

Back to the restaurant for a minute. Of the staff my friends
spent years training, 3 opened restaurants in competition.
Now that’s tough.
Another mate with a landscaping business
had the same experience with a trainee starting their
own business in competition.
It happens all the time in real estate to.
In networking if you build a solid relationship,
both of you can benefit.

Have a great day!

Own Your Life

Attaining your Dreams!

"The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our
doubts of today." --Franklin Delano Roosevelt

This is the main reason people never realize their dreams.
They are afraid to take action and change their lives.
The reality is approximately 95% reach old age at…or below the
poverty level. That being said, if you don't begin doing what the
5% do, then you will live a very frugal old age.

Let us work on your:-
Belief

Do you believe you and your family deserve to have a comfortable life?
Do you believe you can earn the kind of income that will allow
you to live that lifestyle? Can you step outside your old belief system
that has perhaps prevented you from achieving big goals?
Don’t wait for your friends to lead the way, spending another 5 years
Getting no closer to fulfilling your dreams.
“If it’s going to be it’s up to me”.

Change your pattern

What’s been your plan to date? Is the 40-40-40 plan the best you have got? Working 40 hours a week for 40 years to retire and live on 40% or less than what you couldn’t live on to begin with?
You must determine you are ready to make a change in your life.
You must be committed to achieve what it is you desire. You must
have the desire to do better; then follow a plan to get you there.

Attitude
If you are passive, your best bet is to work for someone else…
or CHANGE! Success is 97% Attitude. Be Fearless!
The only people who don’t make mistakes are those who don’t do anything.
Take responsibility and learn to succeed.

A lot of people tell me they want security…my response to that is simple...
“Only you can create Security”. Gone are the days of jobs for life.

Dealing with Objections

I have found the three most common objections to being involved with home business revolve around:-

Our industry

The price

Insufficient time.

In any sphere of life, people will have different views to our own. This often occurs because they don’t have a full understanding of the subject and their opinion may be tainted by inaccuracies.

Our business involves education, marketing and training. This can best be accomplished by using a friendly, sincere and honest approach. Our goal is not so much to sell a particular product but to develop lasting relationships. Confrontation is likely to polarize opinion. However, if anyone has real concerns we should acknowledge them as such. A formula used successfully to accomplish this can be remembered with three simple words:

Feel – Felt – Found (or)

See – Saw – Found (or)

Hear – Heard – Found

NB: Whichever of the above you use, depends upon the predominant approach of the person to whom you are speaking and whether they are kinetic, visual or auditory. Use their own terms for most effective communication.

OUR INDUSTRY:

If the objection is to networking or Multi-Level-Marketing (MLM) - confused with pyramid schemes - we might say:

“I know how you Feel. I and people I know have Felt the same until they Found that pyramid schemes are illegal. They can be differentiated from legal marketing enterprises because they pay commission on signing people up rather than promoting a valuable product. Pyramid schemes are heavily, whereas MLMs are an efficient way of marketing that is attracting business people like Warren Buffet and Donald Trump, both of whom embrace, promote and foster the concept.

In using the three-word formula, we have acknowledged their real concerns by saying that other people have had a similar view until they gained more information.

Did you know that Richard Branson became involved in network marketing by developing one of the most successful direct sales companies in the UK?

Did you know that over 100 billion dollars in sales is generated through direct sales?

Or that this industry has created more millionaires than any other industry?

The more we know about our product and industry the better we can deal with objections. If you don’t know the answer to a question, just ask if you can get back to them, while you consult with a colleague or refer them to your web site as most questions are addressed in our FAQs and Company information.

The two other popular objections are the price of the product and that people don’t have enough time to run a business:

PRICE:

With price concerns we must know what makes our product special. Then use the three-word formula: e.g. “I know how you Feel. You’re not alone; a few people Felt that way too, until they Found that…”

(or) “I can See that... and you’re not alone as others Saw that also, but then they Found that…”

(or) “I Hear what you are saying. You’re not alone; others have Heard that too, but then they Found that…”

Spending a couple of dollars a day to boost your bodies defences is money well spent. You can demonstrate that your product works by referring to the science and also mention the many satisfied customers testimonials. Our product has been verified and quantified by science.

TIME:

Some people who say they have no time just don’t want to change their lives. Yes they complain about the cost of fuel and groceries or they tell you of their goals and aspirations yet they won’t at this stage do anything about their situation.

You should try to explain the benefits of the industry but be realistic; you can’t carry them on your journey to make your goals come true. You might say:

‘I know how you Feel (or I hear what you are saying). You’re not alone, a few people Felt that way (have said this) too until they Found that”:-

They could incorporate this business into their everyday lives by handing out business cards and letting the web site and other tools do their job.

Then follow up with a couple of phone calls. Training helps us succeed and this can be done without cutting into your time. You might listen to CD’s while driving or read information while commuting. Many people soon commit to making a better life for themselves and to doing whatever it takes.

Thought Provoking Questions:

Q. How much would you need in the bank to earn just an extra $200 a month @ 5% interest? A. $12,000. An extra $400 p/m would need $24,000, and to earn an extra $1000 p/m would need $54,000 sitting in the bank.

Q. Would that extra income make a difference?

Q. How long at your present salary would it take to have that amount?

Q. (For mature people). If you have difficulty making ends meet now, how would you like to live on the basic pension? Would it affect your lifestyle?

Q. What are your goals? What would you like to be doing in 3 - 5 years from now? Enjoying a well deserved holiday on a tropical beach; enjoying the company of a loved one; or commuting through the traffic to the same old job?

This business might not be for everyone but I truly believe that everyone can benefit from a regular dose the most powerful anti-oxidants.
